Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointments up to 24 hours in advance without penalty. This allows us to allocate time and resources effectively while respecting the schedules of our consultants.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled session may not be eligible for rescheduling or refund, except in exceptional circumstances. We encourage timely communication in case of unforeseen events.
