Refund Policy

Due to the personalized nature of our services, refunds are generally not provided once a session has taken place or a report has been delivered. Each consultation involves significant time and preparation tailored specifically to the individual client.

However, we understand that unforeseen issues may occur. If you believe you were charged incorrectly or did not receive the service as described, please contact us within 48 hours. We will investigate the situation and, if applicable, offer a resolution, which may include partial refunds or service credits within 7 to 10 working days.

Our goal is to maintain the highest standards of customer satisfaction, and we evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
